To marry in Spain, the laws are clear. The team at Spanish Weddings and Parties will guide you and administer your paperwork whichever option you choose.  For a legal civil ceremony one of the couple must be resident in Spain.  For a Catholic church wedding the couple must be catholic, but not resident.  For non resident or non catholic couples that want to legally marry, you have the option of a civil ceremony in Gibraltar or in your home town and then let us help you celebrate in style with a blessing and party in Spain.
